Hazel Solis Rojas is the founder and managing shareholder of the firm.

Prior to establishing her firm, Ms. Solis Rojas acquired years of experience working alongside skilled practitioners specializing in the areas of Real Estate, Business Law, Immigration and Labor & Employment Law.

Ms. Solis Rojas began practicing law at an established full-service law firm where she focused primarily on representing buyers, sellers, lending institutions and private investors in residential and commercial real estate transactions, foreclosure defense, landlord-tenant disputes, corporate formation, contract negotiations and purchase and sale of businesses. For years, Ms. Solis Rojas assisted local and foreign nationals acquire and invest in their future.

A few years later, Ms. Solis Rojas joined a specialized Labor & Employment firm, where she represented hundreds of employees in state and federal courts in individual and collective/class action wage and hour claims, employment discrimination claims and employee benefits disputes. Additionally, Ms. Solis Rojas also counseled employers providing management consulting and litigation defense. Fighting for someone’s right to earn a living, whether as an employee or an employer, has been a point of focus for the firm. It is Ms. Solis Rojas’ belief that everyone deserves fair compensation and treatment and assisting employers achieve their potential as they grow their team in compliance with the law is not only rewarding but essential for society.

In the years prior to founding the firm, Ms. Solis Rojas, a first-generation immigrant herself, volunteered as a pro-bono attorney at an immigration non-profit organization providing legal assistance to an immigrant community in Miami-Dade County. She knows and understands the challenges that foreign nationals must overcome to achieve their dreams in the U.S.

Today, the firm focuses on Immigration and Employment law matters. It is the firm’s mission to continue to provide legal representation backed by years of experience to help individuals, families and businesses achieve their goals.

Hazel Solis Rojas earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Psychology from Florida International University and her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law.

While at Nova Southeastern University, Ms. Solis Rojas was an Executive Board Member of the Public Interest Law Society, and the Hispanic Law Student Association, as well as a Florida Bar Alternative Dispute Resolution Fellowship recipient.

Prior to practicing law, Ms. Solis Rojas was a Secondary Social Science Teacher with Miami Dade County Public Schools.

These days, she practices employment law throughout Florida and represents clients throughout the U.S. and beyond on U.S. Immigration matters. Ms. Solis Rojas is also an active member in local, state and national bar associations. This not only keeps her up to date on changes in the law that impact her clients but through leadership positions, creates and participates in opportunities to give back to the community.

Ms. Solis Rojas is bilingual in verbal and written English and Spanish.
